aomao gets its coffee from the Hill Tribe minority peoples in the north east of Cambodia. Coffee comes from two provinces, Rattanakiti and Mondulkiri. The beans are hand roasted and the ground coffee is ground by hand. As cash crop plantations increase, the coffee is harder to source. The coffee has a pleasant, unique flavour.
